UCSF “United We Share” Program
Designed to supply cancer patients with a gift card to help them provide help for their most urgent needs during cancer treatment.

United Cancer Support Foundation is a dedicated non profit cancer organization. Our “United We Share” Program is designed to supply cancer patients with gift cards that will allow them to purchase whatever they may need to help with relaxation, comfort and stress relief during cancer treatment. Cancer is a dreadful disease that affects those suffering from it physically and emotionally. The goal of this program is to help the cancer patient reduce stress, which will have a positive impact during treatment.
The “United We Share Program” also has gifts for children that are currently undergoing cancer treatments, with hopes that it will help them in their journey. These gifts include Kids Fire Tablets, LEGO, Pokemon Cards, Barbie Dolls, gift cards and more.
To complete the application process, cancer patient will need to fill out the Application Form and Memorandum of Understanding, then mail the forms to:

or send email attachment to: info@Unitedcsf.org Once we have received the completed forms, we will process and verify the information in the forms. Then, our staff and volunteers will assemble and send you the personal support package.
NOTE: This program is not available in the following states: Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Iowa, Utah and Oregon.
